Infants 6 Weeks to 12 Months

In the infant room;

​

• Documentation and Communication are essential. Written record of feeding, diapering and naps are recorded daily in our Brightwheel App. 

• Staff in the infant room use a wide range of words, books, and verbal play to communicate with the infants. 

• Vinton ELC practices safe sleep. Children are placed on their backs to sleep. 

• Our infant room requires that shoes are left at the door to prevent dirt and germs on the floor where infants play.
