Our Mission

At Vinton Early Learning Center, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our center offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease.

We are fully licensed by the State of Iowa for 120 children. This includes infants (ages 6 weeks to 2 years) and preschool children and before/after school children (ages 3 years to 12 years). The Iowa Department of Human Services, as well as the Iowa State Fire Marshal inspects our center annually. We also participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program and QRS and are inspected every 3 years. Maintaining a license in good status indicates that a program meets or exceeds guidelines in a variety of areas including health and safety, personnel, nutrition, environment and administration.
